Drop the labeled bag at The UPS Store or a UPS Customer Center. Find the nearest one on the drop-off locations page.

Where not to drop it off

Use an official UPS location only. Do not leave a ski bag at a pharmacy, office supply store, or other drop point that takes small parcels, and do not take it to the Post Office or FedEx. A long bag left at the wrong counter can be refused or sit unscanned.

At the counter

• Ask for a drop-off receipt. It shows the bag was accepted.
• If you do not have a printed label, the UPS Store can print it from your label email. See I don't have a printer.
